Great Item, Outstanding Customer Support
First we have ordered the Cube 330 from the B&H online store, but after we have received the item, we have noticed that we actually had to order the Cube 320 instead, which features built-in wifi. [...] We have contacted the Teradek Customer Support about the issue and they just couldn't be more concerned about the problem. They have replaced the Cube 330 with 320 right away with no paperwork deal at all! The customer support team is just outstanding!In the meantime, we had chance to test both the 320 and the 330. It is very easy to set up the units and have them decode the signal coming through the Cube 120 over wifi.I must say that we are highly impressed with the wifi range of the units. Without using any extenders or routers in between, in open air we have separated the units about 200 meters apart and the picture was still up and crisp! Though if there are concrete walls in between, the quality degrades a lot quicker but I believe this is quite normal.The picture and transmission quality has just exceeded our expectations as well. With the setting of 720p and 3Mbits, the picture is almost as good if it is hard wired. The lag is definitely not a big problem if you are not going to pull focus off the monitor. It is always less than a second and hanging around 10 to 20 frames depending on the distance between the units and quality set on the transmitter. Overall, the Cube decoders 320 and 330 are just ingenious items that are definitely worth their price tags!
