The increase of lens angle is substantial, yet the distortion isn't too bad, and the quality of the footage and the light is good. I'll mainly be using the lens to simulate for instance surveillance camera angles.
The magnet solution is clever, but isn't very strong, so the lens, being made of metal and thereby heavy, may fall off easily. I would have liked to see a metal loop on the lens itself so it could be better secured.
I was initially unlucky because my lens came cracked in the mail, but as usual, B&H exchanged it swiftly.
