Kata XL2 Sholder Case
Kata 195 is pretty close to the dimensions of a normal carry on bag. I do not like to check bags and therefore travel as lite as possible. I don't have a ton of equipment yet and used to rest of the bag for clothes.
I was able to put my Sony EX1 with 2 batteries & charger, a BiPod, 7 pair of underwear, 7 socks, 6 rolled t-shirts, 3 dress shirts, 1 extra pair of pants, night shorts and a toothbrush.
Its pretty snug but there are still a couple small areas for things. I really like this bag and will feel much better if I am forced to planeside my bag once I get through the terminal. All the cushion is great!
This bag is made very well and if you can fly streamline, it's a great option. I would caution on the Kata 197 for size as I feel this 195 bag is probably the largest acceptable carry-on that won't give you problems at the terminal, just my opinion.
