Outstanding Value Second to None.
This Century Matte Box is very well made. Lots of aluminum, almost no plastic and it is very light. I am using it on my Sony EX1. It fits perfectly and was easy to adjust. All of the machining on this piece is expertly done. Fit and finish is second to none. If there is a down side it's that you have to use the filter holders upside down. That's typical of the way these new compact cameras are designed. No big deal, very easy to get used to. A plus, are the built in eyebrows on this matte box. I think they are exclusive to Century, a very nice touch. The fold out brace is also a nice touch as well, it gives you one more point of contact for stability when hand holding the camera. There is nothing cheap or flimsy here, Century really did their homework on this item. I highly recommend it.
