I bought this and an island light at the same time (which also had problems). The lights themselves are nice, my only complaint is the factory seems to be a little lax on quality control. As I was assembling the light, I discovered the package was missing one of the washers which was critical to holding everything together. I was able to scrounge through my various bins and find one that fit, but 2 lights and 2 problems - Kichler is 0 for 2 in my mind when it comes to quality control.
