Does great unless sitting down, while sitting it rubs your stomach and irritates the skin. Other than that it holds your shoulders in place great, my wife has a shoulder injury and this keeps her arm from hurting as much while she does things.
it's very good it is helping me to keep my back straight when I walk or sit have 3 hernia &1 bulge disk all in upper back
very dificult to recover from this have been staing home for over 1 month very very slow recovery
my therapist said I only can used it for 1 hour a day
